As managing director of the Life Balance Institute, "Wendi Gilbert is responsible for managing all of the institute's events programs, and daily operations. She also manages the Life Balance Institute website and it's sister site, marinsangha.org.

"Prior to joining Life Balance, Wendi and her husband created Heart At Work Productions, which specializes in high-end corporate communications. Wendi was in charge of marketing, promotions and production.

Her professional background includes 20 years in the television production business, primarily in commercials."
