Wayne Madsen

Wayne Madsen is a Washington DC-based muckraking journalist and columnist. He is an expert in computer security and data privacy with over two decades experience including:

  • U.S. Navy Officer working on early US Navy computer security programs for the Naval Data Automation Command
  • National Security Agency's National COMSEC Assessment Center in the 1980s
  • Department of State
  • RCA Corporation
  • Computer Sciences Corporation
