Biographical Details
Wayne Foo joined Pengrowth’s "board of directors in June 2006. He is a geologist with extensive oil and gas industry experience and he received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Calgary in 1977 and a Masters of Science in Geology from Queen’s University in 1979. Mr. Foo has had a varied 27-year career in the energy sector, including exploration and production management with Chevron Corporation; President, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Archer Resources Ltd., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Energy Canada Ltd.; and President and Chief Executive Officer of Petro Andina Resources, Inc. At present, Mr. Foo is President and CEO, and a director of Parex Resources Inc., a TSX Venture listed issuer. " [1]
