Warren Martin
Warren Martin "is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at MorganFranklin. In his role Warren is responsible for legal and risk management, contracts, finance and treasury, and corporate development. Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Warren was co-founder and managing director of Claris Capital LLC, a NASD registered broker/dealer investment bank in Vienna, VA. Prior to Claris Capital, Warren was a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. As part of his 20-year career with PwC, he served as the managing partner in PwC’s Metro Washington, DC high-technology audit assurance practice. In that capacity Warren managed partners and professional staff in the delivery of audit services to high-technology clients located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Warren is a CPA and holds a BS in business administration from Boston University." [1]
