Warren G. Jackson
Warren G. Jackson founded Circulation Expertí which the company website describes as a wholly black-owned public relations and advertising firm". [1]
According to his biographical profile, Jackson was "the first black circulation inspector for the New York Times in the early 1950s. He left the paper in 1963 as assistant circulation manager and went on to become, in succession, the circulation director of The Amsterdam News and the first black circulation director of a major New York newspaper, the now-defunct New York Knickerbocker."
Jackson was a consultant to the Kennedy and Humphrey presidential campaigns "as well as to several Fortune 500 companies".
In 1967 he founded Circulation Expertí "to forge what he believed could be a meaningful link between the community, the media and the world of Corporate America", his website profile states.
