Warren Bass "is Director of Special Projects/Terrorism Program and a Council on Foreign Relations Fellow. He is also the editor of the Council's "online terrorism encyclopedia", 'Terrorism Questions and Answers'." [1][2]
"Warren Bass is currently a Senior Editor at the Washington Post. He has worked as a professional staff member for the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, and as an associate editor for Foreign Affairs. While in residence at Center for Peace and Security Studies (CPASS), he will be researching for his forthcoming book, The September 10th Presidency, that will analyze the Bush administration's worldview before the September 11th attacks. Dr. Bass will be at CPASS from August 2006-November 2007." [3]
