Vince P. Gauci "was appointed a director in April 1999 and Managing Director in April 2001. He is a member of the Compliance Committee. Mr Gauci joined MIM as Executive General Manager - Mining in 1995 after beginning his career in Broken Hill, and holding senior positions in CRA, Denehurst and Pancontinental Mining where he was Managing Director."
