ViaNovo formed in May of 2005, when Blaine Bull, Matthew Dowd, Tucker Eskew and James Taylor merged their four firms--StratCom Group, Dowd Strategic Consulting, The Eskew Strategy Group, and CIMA Strategies to form this Washington-based consulting firm with additional offices in Austin, Monterrey and Mexico. By January 2006, the firm had opened its fourth location in Dallas.

The Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives lists the firm as the registered lobbyist for Airbus North America Holdings, Inc.[1]
