Ursula Brennan, Chief Executive, Office for Criminal Justice Reform Ursula Brennan is Chief Executive of the Office for Criminal Justice Reform, responsible to the Home Secretary, Attorney General and Lord Chancellor, for delivering on the Government's strategy and programme of reform for the Criminal Justice System.
