United States Tobacco Sales Marketing Company, which sells Copenhagen and Skoal, is a unit of UST Inc. (DJ 8/1/94). UST Inc.'s stock symbol is: UST (DJ 7/26/94). UST Inc. was formed in 1986 (J. Nelson Aff. 6/21/94). UST Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Greenwich, CT (J. Nelson Aff. 6/21/94). UST Inc. is a holding company which owns 100% of the stock of United States Tobacco Company (J. Nelson Aff. 6/21/94). UST Inc. and United States Tobacco Company are being represented by Christovich & Kearney (attorney Charles W. Schmidt III) in the Castano suit (C. Schmidt LT 5/25/94).
