Among our objectives is to keep our own staff informed of new designs and new ways of approaching our work in improving the performance of people and institutions in the economy. In this capacity, we place strong emphasis on making published works available to our staff, maintaining an extensive library of relevant works at our corporate offices, and distributing copies of key publications such as Michael Shuman's Going Local and The Small-Mart Revolution, and Alfie Kohn's Beyond Discipline."
