Tom Weber, Reader and Associate Professor, La Trobe University.

"In December 2001, he was the keynote speaker with Arne Næss at “Alfred” Peace Festival in Oslo (held in conjunction with the 100th anniversary celebrations of the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prizes).

"During 1999 on an Outside Study Program he was visiting fellow at the Matsunaga Institute for Peace, University of Hawaii, Honolulu. From mid-1990 until 1996 served as editor of the internationally refereed scholarly journal Interdisciplinary Peace Research/Pacifica Review." [1]
