"Tom Tolworthy is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Twinlab Corporation, a leading manufacturer and marketer of nutritional supplements. He is responsible for establishing overall business strategy for growth and profitability, as well as setting marketing direction for brand management.
"Tom is committed to providing the foundational leadership required to bring Twinlab to the forefront of serving the dietary supplement industry with sound cultural participation and social responsibility. He has joined Vitamin Angels on trips to the Dominican Republic, Haiti and Kenya to observe the delivery of vital nutrition to hundreds of children and families in need.
"Prior to joining Twinlab in 2011, Tom served as CEO at The Vitamin Shoppe, where he introduced Vitamin Angels as a charitable initiative and spearheaded the first annual Vitamin Angels Golf Outing resulting in a donation of more than $250,000. Before joining The Vitamin Shoppe, Tom spent eleven years at Barnes & Noble in various positions, leaving there as President."[1]
