Thomas Patrick Hill or Tom Hillis a Senior Vice President for News Broadcast Network (NBN), a New York City based public relations service firm, with offices in 10 other location. The company was founded by his late father James L. Hill, and is currently run and operated by Tom and his three older brothers Mike, Bob, and Jim Jr. [1]

A "Tom Hill" worked for Philip Morris Research Center at Box 26583, Richmond, Virginia 23261 in 1975. [Butler 2021648905-13, (P.O.)] This may have been a different person.
