Tobacco Documents Online (TDO), is a web site operated by Michael Tacelosky of Washington D.C., was the first web site to make millions of pages of previously-secret tobacco industry documents public on the Internet. TDO is a user-friendly meta-site where users can view documents from all the major American Tobacco companies that were ordered to make their documents public as a result of the 1998 Master Settlement Agreement with 46 U.S. states.
