Biographical Information
"She was involved for many years with The Joliba Trust a charity supporting sustainable development projects in Mali and worked for many years with their Bristol based shop; an income generating project selling traditional arts and crafts from this region establishing a love of beautiful simple hand made objects.
"She went on to work at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre developing a keen interest in health, nutrition and well-being, and before moving to Embercombe enjoyed many hours learning and working in the garden at the South Devon Steiner School where Jo was teaching.
"Since becoming involved with Embercombe in 2007 she has established a catering facility that combines these interests and embraces Embercombe's ethos whilst also addressing the individual needs of each particular group... Tina lives with Jo at Embercombe and represents the core team on the Embercombe council."[1]
