Timothy Flanigan
Timothy Flanigan, M.D. "is Professor of Medicine at Brown Medical School and Director of the Division of Infectious Diseases. He is the Principal Investigator on The Miriam Hospital, Brown University AIDS Clinical Trials Unit. He has extensive experience in multi-site trials involving both HIV prevention and new HIV therapies. He is a member of the Brown University AIDS International Training and Research Program (The Fogarty Program) to further HIV and AIDS education and clinical research in Southeast Asia. He has had the pleasure of collaborating with overseas colleagues on HIV and other infectious diseases in Southern India, Thailand, Kenya, and Indonesia many times over the last 20 years." [1]
