Biographical Information
Tim Faithfull was appointed a Amec "non-executive director in February 2005 and became the Senior Independent Director following the annual general meeting on 13 May 2009. He is Chairman of the remuneration committee. He is a non-executive director of Canadian Pacific Railway, TransAlta Corporation, and Canadian Natural Resources Limited, and a director of Shell Pensions Trust Limited. He was President and Chief Executive of Shell Canada Limited from 1999 to 2003." [1]
