Thomas J. Glynn Ph.D. was acting associate director for the Cancer Control Science Program, and he was Program Director for the Smoking Research, Division of Cancer Prevention and Control, National Cancer Institute in Rockwell, MD in 1993. (Orleans & Slade). He was a contributor to Orleans & Slade Nicotine Addiction in1993.
