Biography
Representative Thomas A. Luken was a United States Representative (D-OH) in 1988. (Newsday 6/20/88). He introduced a bill in 1988 to invalidate portion of 1965 Act, and make tobacco companies liable for all false and misleading advertising (Newsday 6/20/88).
