Terry Kay Rockefeller "produces documentary films and videos for public television. She was a member of the team that created the long-running science series, NOVA. Among her other credits are Eyes on the Prize, a history of the civil rights and black power movements; The Great Depression; America's War on Poverty; and I'll Make Me a World, an examination of African-American arts in the 20th century, all produced at Blackside, Inc., America's leading African-American production company. Rockefeller was also executive project manager of On Common Ground, a CD-ROM documenting the religious diversity of present-day America, produced by Harvard professor Diana Eck and the Pluralism Project. Terry's sister, Laura Rockefeller, was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center. Since May of 2002, Terry has worked with September 11th Families for Peaceful Tomorrows to honor Laura's life and try to insure that other families throughout the world do not experience the tragic and violent deaths of their innocent relatives."
