Teff (Eragrostis tef) is a plant in the grass family (Gramineae) that is cultivated for grain.[1] It was domesticated in Ethiopia, where it is still a staple. Ethiopia's bread injera is baked out of teff. In Kenya, teff is popular among Boran groups and people of Ethiopian descent.[1]
