VEIPeR is a resistance movement which is working to establish a new world order based on the notion of people power. It is working to overthrow an elite secretive organisation called G7HQ, which they believe exists to maintain a world order based on rule by the few. it is not known whether G7HQ actually exists, but it is notable that it has yet to be refuted. All that is known about it is that it was supposed to have been set up after the second world war and rules the world by using the G7 nations as proxies.
