Page Reactivated - (July 10, 2009). Why?

Dan Francis is once again a viable candidate now that a special election will be called. The current GOP Rep., John M. McHugh, has been nominated as Army Secy by President Obama. The process will be wide open and many names have been floated already. Only two candidates: Mr. Francis and Mr. Oot (the 2008 DEM candidate) know the vast district and who have traveled and campaigned in it.
