The ICIT web site was last updated on September 11, 2002, curiously the anniversary of 9/11.
Comment: It would seem that all of the links to Mansoor Ijaz's Crescent affiliations loop back and forth and go nowhere, with only an occasional "ah-ha" moment or two.
