Taij Kumarie Moteelall "is an Organizational Development Consultant and Philanthropic Advisor with over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector. Most recently, she served as the Executive Director of Resource Generation (RG), a national organization that works with young people with financial wealth who are supporting and challenging each other to effect social change through the creative, responsible, and strategic use of financial and other resources. Prior to joining RG, she was the Director of Development and Communications at East Harlem Tutorial Program where she was part of an ambitious effort to more than double the organization’s budget, numbers served and local sites. Taij is a co-founder of Blackout Arts Collective, and she co-founded Jahajee Sisters: Empowering Indo-Caribbean women. Taij serves on the boards of the Funding Exchange and the Rajkumari Center for Indo-Caribbean Arts and Culture. She was a member of the Ms Foundation for Women Advisory Committee, and is a current member of the the Kellogg Action Lab Advisory Committee. Taij is also a poet and spoken word artist." [1]
