Stewart M. Landefeld "is a partner in the Seattle office, and chair of the National Business Practice Group, of Perkins Coie, LLP. His practice emphasizes corporate governance and boards of directors, mergers and acquisitions and securities law matters. He is the co-author of books and articles on governance and corporate law.
