Biographical Details
"Mr. Rothstein has broad experience in human services, government and non-profit programs. He was a co-founder of Citizens Energy Corporation, a non-profit organization that provides tens of millions of dollars in energy and medical benefits to low-income citizens nationally and internationally. Since coming to Perkins, he has developed leadership positions in a variety of organizations that serve individuals who are blind and deafblind in the United States and internationally." [1]
