Steve Sugarman was a former executive with the public relations firm, Fleishman-Hillard.
In June 2005 he pleaded guilty to three counts of wire fraud and testified on his and others role in the overbilling by F-H of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
In September 2006 Sugarman was sentenced to a three years probation and a requirement to perform 250 hours of community service.
