Biographical Information
"Steve joined Bain Capital in 1989 as a Managing Director. Bain Capital is a private investment company with over $70- billion in assets. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Steve was a Vice President at Bain & Company where he managed client relationships in the information services and healthcare industries. Steve was also involved in developing Bain & Company's turnaround practice. Previously, Mr. Pagliuca worked as a senior accountant and international tax specialist at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company in the Netherlands.
