Steve Cassarino

Steve Cassarino who, along with Lee N. Gerovitz, comprise The Clever Cleaver Brothers. Their website decribes them as professional chefs "who have turned their love for food and laughter into a unique career as media personalities, cookbook authors, [and] magazine columnists." [1]

"After graduation, Steve studied under master chefs in London and Paris. His career took from assignments as head chef on a Monte Carlo yacht to executive chef of the Melbourne Hotel in Brisbane, Australia," his biogrpahical note states. [2]
