Biographical Information

"Stephen is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 15 years of experience in senior finance roles, most recently at Shop Direct where he was CFO. Prior to that, he was CEO and CFO of London listed Umbro PLC, until its acquisition by Nike in 2008. Stephen spent the early part of his career at Asda, where he held a series of senior finance positions."
