Biographical Information
"Stephanie retired from her role as Group Human Resources Director at Granada Group PLC after twelve years following the demerger of its media and hospitality businesses. Her earlier responsibilities included both communications and personnel positions at London International Group and Tate & Lyle. Throughout her career, she has had particular interest in the management of change and aligning the interests of organisations and their people. She has operated as facilitator, mentor and business executive. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and was awarded an honorary doctorate in Business Administration from Oxford Brookes University.
"Stephanie was one of the first Commissioners on the Low Pay Commission. She was awarded a CBE for services to industry in the 2000 New Year’s Honours List and has been Chairman of Breakthrough since April 2001." [1]
