Stanley Rosen
Dr. Stanley Rosen "has had extensive experience in strategic planning and space development during a career in both public and private sectors. He is currently a consultant with Toffler Associates, the executive advisory firm formed by Alvin and Heidi Toffler that helps companies and governments create their future in the fast emerging "Third Wave" economy. Formerly, Rosen was Director of Strategic Development and Integration for Boeing Satellite Systems. In this capacity, he was responsible for coordination of Boeing's strategy for succeeding in the global satellite market, serving a wide variety of U.S. Government and international commercial customers. During a 21-year Air Force career, Dr Rosen held scientific, engineering, management, strategy, planning and policy development positions focused on a wide variety of NASA, Air Force, multi-national and classified space activities, and served on the staff of the Committee on Science and Astronautics of the U.S. House of Representatives. His academic experience includes research into space-related technologies and initiating Space Policy studies at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He has served on the Board of Directors of leading space organizations, including the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the National Space Society, and the California Space Authority, and is Vice President of the Association for Strategic Planning."
