Changes

[[Tom Ridge]] was Pennsylvania’s governor from 1995-2001, until appointed by President George W. Bush as director of Homeland Security in 2001. Ed Rendell admitted that information about municipal zoning hearings on [[Marcellus Shale]] [[natural gas]] drilling and a screening of the documentary "[[Gasland]]" were the subject of anti-terrorism bulletins being distributed by Pennsylvania's homeland security office.
