"The primary objective of SEAPCP is to strengthen & support grassroots organisations to develop their community organising(CO) perspective & skills including learning creative media, strategising & tactics & setting up systems. Another focus is to help SEAPCP partners develop their capacity to generate financial support for local programme activities." [1]
