"Sir Aubrey Thomas Brocklebank, BSc, BT, ACA is the Chairman of Tardis Tran Communications PLC and XS Leisure Plc. Sir Brocklebank serves as Director of MedCell Bioscience Ltd. He has sat on the boards of ten Venture Capital Trusts, and is chairs three. Sir Brocklebank has been Director of Legacy Associates PLC since 2007, Urban and Country Leisure limited since 2008, The Classic 2CV racing Club Limited since 2008, Epiquest Live Inc. since 2009, and Grasshopper LLP since 2009. He serves as a Director of MedCell Bioscience Ltd. He served with Guinness Mahon from 1981 to 1986, initially in its corporate finance department, before helping to establish a specialist development capital department. Sir Brocklebank has worked in corporate finance and venture capital and has extensive experience of advising and investing in companies during periods of change and subsequent growth. He joined MedCell in 2005. In 1992, he set up his own company, to specialize in helping companies that are going through periods of change, be it growth or failure. Sir Brocklebank joined the corporate finance department of Guinness Mahon in 1980. He served as the Chairman of Café Inns PLC. Sir Brocklebank served as a Director of the AIM VCT Managers Limited until November 8, 2000. He served as a Non-Executive Director of At Communications Group Plc from May 28, 2009 to July 2009. Sir Brocklebank served as a Director of Venture Founders Limited from 1986 to 1990. He served as Director of Lloyds British Testing plc. He served as a Director of Transcomm PLC until March 2004. Sir Brocklebank served as a Director of Hearing Enhancement PLC until 2004, Lloyd's British Testing plc until 2004, Walker Group Limited until 2005, Walker Leisure (UK) limited until 2005, Walker Property Management Company Limited until 2005, WalkerHoldings (UK) Limited until 2005, Westvale Leisure Limited until 2005, Top Ten Bingo Limited until 2005, Innvotec Limited until 2006, Brocklebank & Co. Limited until 2006, Old Park Lane PLC until 2007, Vetcell Bioscience Limited until 2008, Backglass Limited until 2008, ReInVenture LLP until 2008, and Bar Room Bar limited until 2009. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant."[1]
