Biographical Information
"Mr Ball is currently the Non-Executive Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director of Cable & Wireless Communications plc, a Non-Executive Director of Tribal Group plc, and a Non-Executive Director of Common wealth Games England. Prior to this,Mr Ball served as Group Finance Director of 3i Group plc and the Robert Fleming Group, held a series of senior finance and operational roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and was Director General, Finance for the HMG Department for Constitutional Affairs. Mr Ball joined the Board in October 2011 and has been a member of the Board Risk Committee since November 2011 and a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee since February 2013. He was appointed Chairman ofthe Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee in June 2013."[1]
