Biographical Information

"Sim became a Trustee for the Mentor in 2005 and Chair in March 2007. Over the last 20 years, she has worked for some of the most successful retailers in the UK and was voted by Drapers as one of the most influential people in UK fashion retail. Sim is now a creative consultant in global retail and an associate of retail turnaround specialists Quarto Advisors. Her work for the Women of Achievement Ambassadors Programme, bringing together school students with award- winning women in business and, as an member of the Fashion Business Club and Coutts Woman and everywoman.com, supports women in business and enterprise everywhere."
