Biographical Information
"Mr. Nair is the Managing Director of British Borneo Holdings Ltd, a Maltese mini-conglomerate, with interests in Natural Resources, Shipping and Manufacturing. He has over 12 years of experience in political advisory roles in the FSU, and prior to that in Africa. As Advisor to the Cabinet of Ministers in Turkmenistan, was involved in all the gas acreage negotiations in the Eastern Caspian, and subsequently in the negotiations for the Trans Central Asian Gas Pipeline. Provides strategic advice on investment in the FSU Energy sector, to a portfolio of clients including Alstom, Arriva, EDF, INEO, Rhinemetall, Toyo Corporation, China Railways, CMAEC and CEDC. In 2008, Mr.Nair was appointed Special Advisor to H.E.Kirsan Illyumzhinov, the President of the Republic of Kalmykia."[1]
