Biographical Information
In 2009, "Mimosa Healthcare, one of the leading high quality care home operators, has appointed Sharon O’Connor as Managing Director of the group, reporting to Chairman Anthony Massouras.
"Sharon started in the care sector in 1992 and first worked with Anthony Massouras in the 1990’s. She held operational roles at Craegmoor and Tamaris before joining Four Seasons Healthcare in 2002 when they acquired Tamaris.
"During her seven years with Four Seasons, Sharon was promoted from Regional Manager to Operations Director for the North of England, then stepping up to take on the responsibility as Managing Director for all of Four Seasons 50 Scottish homes. During three years in this role she improved the care standard and occupancy across the Scottish division." [1]
