Scott Hendler
Scott Hendler "is Founder and Principal of HendlerLaw, an international plaintiff's trial firm he established in 1993 to focus on mesothelioma, toxic injury and complex commercial litigation.
"Scott Hendler graduated cum laude from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law, where he was an editor on the Journal of Law and Commerce. After graduation, Mr. Hendler served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Robert Porter, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. During law school, as part of his legal education, he spent a three-month term as Judicial Clerk Intern with John R. Brown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, a legendary defender of individual liberties and the right to trial by jury.
"Over the years, HendlerLaw has won record verdicts and settlements in numerous mesothelioma cases. In April 2003, he led a team of lawyers that prevailed before the United States Supreme Court resulting in a nationwide remand of cases brought by banana plantation workers for toxic injuries caused by exposure to a deadly chemical.
