Scott D. Syfert

Scott D. Syfert is an attorney in the International Practice Group of Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein, LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991, Mr. Syfert moved to London, where he worked in the British House of Commons as a Parliamentary Aide.
