"Sanjiv is a researcher, writer and advocate developing new knowledge and ideas to understand and counter discrimination against sections of society. Sanjiv’s PhD thesis is a study of contemporary policy debates on nation, multiculture and race equality and the difficulties of Black and Minority Ethnic voluntary sector organisations in influencing this agenda. Sanjiv began his career at the social and environmental think tank, new economics foundation. He acts as a strategic advisor to Voice4Change England and is a current Clore Social Fellow as well as a freelance researcher, writer and advisor on equalities issues. "
