Sameer Al Ansari

Sameer Al Ansari is the founding chief executive officer of Dubai International Capital. According to the company's bio of him, Ansari has held "a variety of senior finance & investment positions in Europe and the Middle East. Most recently, Sameer was Group CFO for The Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He is a board member on several Dubai Holding companies as well as Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai Media Inc." [1]

Sameer's academic degrees include an Honours BSc in Accounting and Financial Management and a Diploma in Industrial Studies. He's also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. [2]
