Saginaw Chippewa Tribe

The Saginaw Tribe of Chippewa Indians officially came out against coal development in the State of Michigan.[1]

On September 3 and 4, 2008, the Tribe hosted a public meeting on Michigan's Coal Rush, Alternative Energy, and Climate Change.[2]
