Saferworld "develops and implements projects with a wide range of governments, law enforcement agencies, parliamentarians and civil society partners, both international and local." [1]
They also describe themselves as "an independent non-governmental organisation that works to prevent armed violence and create safer communities in which people can lead peaceful and rewarding lives." [2]
Member of the Peace and Security Liaison Group [1] Saferworld is counted as a principal partner of the International Relations and Security Network.
