SCO Group campaign against the free Linux OS

SCO Group has mounted a campaign against the free Linux OS, attempting to shut them down by claiming they copied code from Unix, which SCO claims to hold the copyright to.

A leaked email suggested Microsoft has paid SCO over $100M, leading many to believe that Microsoft is the one pushing SCO to take these actions, in an attempt to destroy Linux as a competitor.
