Biographical Information
"Mr. S. J. Stewart is Independent Director at KapStone Paper & Packaging Corp. He is on the Board of Directors at KapStone Paper & Packaging Corp. Mr. Stewart was previously employed as Vice Chairman by Rohm & Haas Co. and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer by Morton International, Inc. He also served on the board at HSBC North America Holdings, Inc., Autoliv, Inc., Box USA Holdings, Inc., Burns International Services Corp., Household International, Inc., and Morton-Thiokol, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio) and an MBA from West Virginia University." [1]
