Ruth B. Mandel "is founding Chair of the Committee on Conscience, and the former Vice Chairperson of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. She is the Director of the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers. She also served as Director of Eagleton’s Center for the American Woman and Politics." [1]
